For clients who have a current home that they wish to redesign to better suit their family's needs, we offer major renovation and addition services. Our team handles all necessary permits and municipal permissions while guiding you through the design and finishing process.

Project Management

For clients who have already acquired property and have approved architectural plans, Andon’s expert project management team can manage the entire construction process to ensure that your home is built to the most precise standards.

Our team will ensure that each project we undertake meets our unmatched standards; and with regular consultation throughout the process, we ensure that our clients are thrilled with the completed results.

Client Acquisition of Land

For clients yet to purchase property for their new home, Andon offers professional services to help with the acquisition of land and we offer lot evaluation services to ensure that your property will meet our standards for your New Build or Renovation.

Included in the property evaluation are critical components such as size of lot, grading, soil and drainage conditions, location of trees, zoning, and any government regulations which may affect the building process

Warranty

Andon Fine Homes are built to last. Every home we build comes with a one-year limited warranty and New Builds have an optional seven-year Tarion warranty. Our after sales department will promptly deal with any issue that you may have.
